Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Sleevecast: the console at app.sleevecast.com, the API at api.sleevecast.com, the Dock software and the sites around them (together, "the Service"), provided by [legal entity name and address] ("we", "us").
1. The Service
Sleevecast lets you run AI agents ("sleeves") on computers you control, using software we provide (the "Dock"), and manage them from our console. The agents run on your machines and call AI model providers with keys you supply. We provide the console, the coordination service and the software; you provide the machines, the model keys and the instructions.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for everything done in organizations you own. Keep your credentials and API keys secret; tell us at once if you think they were compromised. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into these terms.
3. Organizations and roles
Content and resources belong to the organization they were created in. Organization Owners control membership, roles, plans and API keys, and are responsible for the organization's use of the Service.
4. Your content and your agents
You keep all rights to your specs, prompts, data and the output of your agents ("Your Content"). You give us the limited permission we need to store, process and transmit Your Content to provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content, for what your agents do, and for complying with the terms of the model providers you use and with the law. Agents can make mistakes; review their output before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that breaks it or that puts the Service or others at risk.
6. Model providers and third parties
You use AI models under your own agreements with their providers and pay them directly. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their output.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, under its own terms. Plans renew until canceled; you can cancel at any time, and the plan stays until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are not refundable.
8. Beta
The Service is in beta. Features may change or be removed, and the Service may be interrupted. During the beta it is provided free of charge unless agreed otherwise.
9. Software
We license you the Dock and related software to use with the Service while you have an account. Do not reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it, or try to bypass its security or limits.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if greater.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or end your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we delete your data from the console as described in the Privacy Policy; data on your own machines stays under your control.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the console or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
